§1 Parties and training location
These terms apply between Connected Training GmbH and its customers. The training location is Reinach BL.
§2 Scope, conclusion of contract and termination
Signing up for a membership creates a binding contract. Ordinary termination is excluded. Extraordinary termination is possible in the case of illness lasting more than 4 weeks, pregnancy or relocation, each with appropriate proof (e.g. a medical certificate).
§3 Training
Registration for classes is possible until 5 minutes before the start, cancellation up to 2 hours before. Arriving more than 5 minutes after the class starts is not possible.
§4 Offers, prices and payment
The current prices apply in each case. Payment in advance by cash or card. For monthly payment by e-banking, a surcharge of 10% applies. A 10% discount applies to students, apprentices and seniors as well as to certain groups.
§5 Liability and changes
CrossFit Connected is not liable for injuries, illnesses or lost items. Each person is responsible for maintaining adequate personal insurance. There is no entitlement to a refund. Unused credit is converted into vouchers (max. CHF 500, valid for 6 months).
§6 Privacy
Our privacy policy applies.
§7 Final provisions
Swiss law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains unaffected.
