Gymnastics is the art of mastering your own body. We train in clear progressions, so that every stage builds on the one before.
- Beginner: pull-ups, hollow holds, ring rows, pike push-ups, knee raises
- Advanced: chest-to-bar, handstands at the wall, ring dips, toes-to-bar, L-sits
- Pro: muscle-ups, freestanding handstands, handstand walks, strict handstand push-ups
An hour with us
- Warm-up (approx. 10 min)
- Skill (approx. 25 min): focused technique work at your current progression
- Gymnastics WOD (approx. 15 min)
- Cool-down (approx. 10 min)
Who is Gymnastics for?
For all levels. You need no equipment and no prior experience, just the will to work on your control.
