Who is CrossFit for?
For everyone. CrossFit is not a question of fitness level, it is a question of scaling. Every exercise, every weight and every rep can be adapted to you, from your very first training day to competition prep.
- No experience needed, we teach you every movement from the ground up
- Suitable for all age groups, from roughly 16 to 70
- Every class is scalable, from beginner to pro
- A maximum of 12 people per class
- No long-term contract required to get started
An hour with us
A CrossFit class lasts 60 minutes and follows a clear structure so that you train safely and effectively.
- Warm-up (approx. 10 min): the body is prepared for the load
- Briefing & technique (approx. 15 min): the coach explains and corrects the movements of the day
- WOD (approx. 20 min): the Workout of the Day based on Mayhem programming
- Cool-down (approx. 15 min): mobility and a wind-down with the group
Your coach
Head Coach Robert is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, QualiCert certified and a former CrossFit Games athlete. He and the team make sure you train correctly and safely from the very first minute.
