What is Hyrox?
Hyrox combines running with functional strength stations in a standardised competition format: 8 × 1 km running, each followed by a functional station. The format is identical worldwide, so you can compare yourself with athletes everywhere.
The eight stations
- SkiErg: 1000 m
- Sled Push: 50 m
- Sled Pull: 50 m
- Burpee Broad Jumps: 80 m
- Rowing: 1000 m
- Farmers Carry: 200 m
- Sandbag Lunges: 100 m
- Wall Balls: 100 reps

We offer dedicated Hyrox classes focused on endurance, clean station technique and race simulations, so that on competition day you know exactly what to expect.
