CrossFit Mom is smart training tailored to the needs of mothers, before and after pregnancy. It isn’t less, it’s different: thoughtful, safe and just as effective.
Three pillars carry the program:

An hour with us
- Warm-up (approx. 10 min)
- Technique (approx. 15 min)
- WOD (approx. 20 min)
- Cool-down (approx. 15 min)
A maximum of 12 people per class, no prior experience needed, everything scalable.
