What is EMS?
EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation. A special suit activates your muscles further through gentle impulses. In just 20 minutes you achieve an effect comparable to roughly 90 minutes of conventional training, while stimulating up to 90% of your muscles.

Who is EMS for?
For anyone who is short on time or wants to train gently on the joints.
Important: EMS is not suitable for people with a pacemaker, during pregnancy or with certain pre-existing conditions. If in doubt, talk to us beforehand.
