Olympic weightlifting has exactly two competition lifts, and both are a lifelong learning journey.
- The Snatch: the barbell from the floor to overhead in a single movement
- The Clean & Jerk: the bar onto the shoulders first, then explosively overhead
An hour with us
- Warm-up (approx. 10 min)
- Technique (approx. 20 min): learning and correcting the movements cleanly
- Strength & lifts (approx. 20 min)
- Cool-down (approx. 10 min)

For anyone who wants to become stronger, more explosive and more mobile. The technique also noticeably improves your CrossFit performance along the way.
